They can make any cocktail on request, it's really nice. They even give a nice water bottle straight away without having to ask. The atmosphere and the vibe was genuinely cosy and fun. Would drink again. Certified banger.
Great atmosphere. They have their menu with some interesting cocktails but you can just ask for the classics as well, we got a Old Fashioned and a Amaretto Sour. Both were good!
The bar staff were friendly and all properly trained so you can have your drinks tailored to your tastes. Great interior decor and really spacious with two floors. The drinks were out of the ordinary; great if you’re wanting to find cocktails that are different from the usual. Quite strong tastes. Prompt service. Can’t wait to visit again.
A very delightful mixology experience. The waiter is adorable, listens to your tastes, very polite. And the cocktails are original, elaborated and tasty. Don’t miss the chance to discover the smoky atmosphere of the Dragonfly!
The manager (Aaron) was great. He served us great cocktails, helped us plan our last day in Edinburgh and sold me on fresh monkeys shoulder.. I’ll be picking up a bottle tomorrow. It’s our last day tomorrow and we will be back because of him and recommending it to friends. Thank you for the great experience.

Easily the best cocktail bar in Edinburgh and a great variety of interesting cocktails. The owner was also really genuine and friendly, he came over and spoke about the suppliers they use and the story of each cocktail and its ingredients. Really nice vibe, definitely recommend going.
Delicious and interesting cocktails, a cozy and elegant atmosphere, and amazing service. I would recommend this bar to anyone around the grass market looking for a fabulous cocktail.
The Raspberry Nipple is everything, trust me. It was practically dessert in an alcoholic beverage.
The bartender was also great with drink recommendations and was quite happy to make specialty drinks based on what you like.
